Welcome back to Matt Stocker.  Matt recently graduated from college and will be the new store manager at Great Debate Books. 

What is Great Debate Books? 

We are a locally owned and operated family bookstore.  We pride ourselves in providing a fun and relaxing atmosphere for our customers.  

We keep a large selection of both new and used books in our store.  We also offer a great selection of coffee and cappachino items for sale. 

We encourage small groups to hold their meetings in our coffee shop.  Please call us at 221-9673 so we can be prepared.

Our new hours include:

Monday--Friday  7:00 am--6:00 pm.  Be sure to stop by on your way to work to pick up a cup of hot coffee and a piece of coffee cake-for JUST $3.50.  Our Saturday hours are 9:00 am--5:00 pm.  Our phone number is 217-221-9673.

Great Debate Books Used Book Exchange Program

We do accept pre-read books.  Credit will be issued for these books and that credit can then be used to purchase other pre-read Books from our store. 

We will issue credit in the following manner:
 
Hardcover Books:  
$3.00 per book
Paperback Books:
$1.00 per book

Great Debate Books is currently not accepting the following types of books:

• Children's Books
• Cookbooks
• Craft Books
• Harlequin Romance Books
• Silhouette Romance Books
• Reader's Digest Condensed Books
• Text Books
• Pornographic Material
• Damaged, dirty, water stained, or outdated books
